Return and Refund Policy

At Aurora Shop, we want you and your little ones to be happy with every purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or custom-made items.
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Items such as pacifiers, bottles, or other hygiene-related products for safety reasons.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately at auroratreasureshopinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at auroratreasureshopinfo@gmail.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not send items back without authorization.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at auroratreasureshopinfo@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at auroratreasureshopinfo@gmail.com with the details, and we’ll assist you in the process.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped, in which case it would fall under our return policy.
